Trainings

Our Training classes will be specialized programs that will teach you a specific skill or technique. These trainings will be offered throughout the year.

Strength and Conditioning
Saturdays in February from 9 - 10am
New Melle Rec Center
 
Vector Athletics will be holding strength and conditioning training every Saturday in February from 9-10am. The training will consist of a 5 minute warm-up, 25 minutes of conditioning, 25 minutes of strength training and a 5 minute cool down. Trainings will be led by Craig Rothmeyer. Craig is an IYCA Certified Youth Fitness Specialist with additional certifications in speed and agility and resistance band training.
Space is limited to 20 athletes.
