Starting to move and exercise on a regular basis is no easy task. If you are like a lot of people, you constantly struggle with moving period. Sitting on the couch and watching TV is so much easier! Some people with kids move all the time, but don't feel that they have the time or energy to exercise after the long day with the kids.

Knowing how to start an exercise program is hard. Most people do not have the space or equipment needed to get started. Others end up getting injured right away or they cant stay motivated and end up quitting.
As our doctors always tell us movement and exercise is essential to living a healthy life.
Our system will help you with this. It is a 3 step program that will help get you create the habit of moving and exercising regularly. Each step will gradually prepare you for the next encouraging you all of the way. In the first step you will begin to do short amounts of work 3 times a week for 15 minutes just to get into the habit of moving. The exercises will be simple but effective. In the second step we will begin to progress the amount of time spent moving along with the difficulty of the exercises while keeping the exercises simple to do. In the final step we will add another day of movement and again progress the level of exercises preparing you to move to our next program which is the intermediate program.
This is a 36 Week Program, why 36 Weeks, that seems like a long time.
We believe that it takes this long to get into the habit of moving. Short 6,18 or even 24 week programs are not enough to develop the habit of moving and if you do not do this consistently for a long period of time, you will probably not be successful. So this program is setup to make you successful in your quest of Taking on Movement.

To help keep this simple and effective for you, we will include an app that will show you your scheduled workouts with videos and written explanations for every exercise. This app also gives you the ability to message your trainer at anytime if you have any questions. You will be able to check in the workouts you have complete and your trainer will be able to watch your progress and assist when necessary.
